To request an account you must upload one photo of yourself in which: * your RIGHT hand holds a note showing today's date and the exact username you are registering; * your LEFT hand is waving to the camera; * your face is clearly visible.
Requests without this photo are rejected. Your email address must be real — you will be sent a confirmation link and must click it before your request is reviewed.
