Vertical and horizontal depending on the needs;

Vertical
- Vegetables: Lettuce, kale, spinach, arugula, etc
- Herbs: Basil, cilantro, mint, chives, parsley, dill, oregano, thyme, etc
- Fruits: Strawberries, lemons (buzzing bees for pollination)
Horizontal
- Meats: Chickens for eggs and cows for milk [60,000 acres]
- Vegetables: Potates, onions, tomatoes
- Fruits:
Rice & wheat are a pain. The diet you will eat needs to be nutritional.
- Total expected land used for a full automation (Including all) of a vertical and a horizontal farm is 250,000 - 325,000 acres
- Wind Turbines seem viable at this point.
- An "escape" from the suburban living
Farmland to reduce the space needed tremendously by lab grown foods

Education
[Plastic] surgeons / beauty technicians (including laser technicians) — I want my country to output most of this to the world
- I want people to say "If you'd want a plastic surgery, you'd want to go to a trans", We'll have the best at heart.
- These would grow and start businesses (that would attract people to travel + tourism) which benefits the country.

- Pharmaceutical — To be able to bring the hormones to our people all over the world for free + sell to other countries where possible to support the process.
Power
A focus on:
- Geothermal
- Hydro
- Wind
- Solar
a) Atleast 3 geothermal sites
- Looking at the company "Quaise energy" to "drill" (with a laser) at deeper sections of earth at a fraction of the costs. (Unsure if a generator is enough)
b) A river running down stream - Multiple would be optimal.
- And to create a natural power bank of water to push upstream when there's excess energy. Though given the flow of water but no harm is done in having it.
c) Would be around land where farms exist or site seeing (??, given that we'd have vertical farms)
- China has been working on those airships, they do rely on helium but it's a point for now.
d) I'd imagine solar panels everywhere across the country; Every home, every shop, every building. BUT WITH STYLE, not some junkyard.
- Most of the costs will come from here. By the time I manage, the technology would've advanced dramatically (It's nice to have them prepare things for me before i arrive)
Deleting the option of nuclear and natural gas.

This plan would cost about ~CA$150 Billion (Assuming the 3 million magically appear at once)
